Not many companies endorse their employees' dreams so strongly. Then again, not many companies have employees who dream so strongly.

Since 1995, the UPS Athlete Training Assistance Program (ATAP) has enabled 34 UPS employees to pursue dreams of Olympic glory.

The program is simple: it provides flexible working hours for training and competition. On an individual basis, the program also awards money to help cover the expenses associated with training, travel, equipment, and apparel.

Gifted, serious, proven athletes can pursue competitive success while working for UPS. In fact, the program's assistance allows many of UPS employee-athletes to compete at levels that would otherwise be out of reach.

In the past, 3 ATAP athletes have made their country's Olympic Teams. Today there are 14 outstanding athletes who are currently striving to be among the best at their sport.
