9:30 a.m. "I made a speech at the Living Art Centre for UPS. Everything went well. I was happy about that."

10:40 a.m. "I have a short workout. But, it will be very fast."

11:45 a.m. "I had two hurdles working out with me today. I showed them techniques for running 'in to' and 'off of' the hurdles. I was glad to help."

12:48 p.m. "Lactic acid started building up-my arms stung and my glutes hurt."

5:00 pm "I eat. I take my vitamins: vitamin-C, Vitamin-E, Magnesium-Calcium, Multi-xtra."

10:00 pm. "Back from work, relaxing with my sister Pat. I was tired!"
