Jeff Laynes
In his first year at Merritt Junior College, in CA, Jeff captured the state title in both the 100m and 200m events.
In 1993, after transferring to the University of Southern California, Laynes won the PAC 10 championship in
the 100m and 200m and received a Top 20 ranking in the U.S. for both events. After graduating from
USC with a degree in Public Policy and Management, he won the Hawaii Invitational (10.16) and the Greece Invitational.
Laynes, 29, remains ranked in the Top 20 of the 100m in the U.S.
